Description
The Department of Land and Natural Resources, Division of Forestry and Wildlife, is seeking a vendor to furnish and deliver a storage container. The container should be a 20’ x 8’ x 8 ½’ Storage Container Jobsite Office. The vendor should include all transportation costs and applicable General Excise Tax in the quotation. The scope of work, vendor requirements, and delivery location can be found in the attachments. The offer should include the following items: New (One-Trip) 20’ Steel Container, Steel Roll-Up Door, Metal Entry Door, 3’ x 3’ Jalousie Windows, Roof Mounted Turbine Vents, Plywood Lined Interior Walls, Full Height Plywood Partition, Elastomeric Protective/Reflective Roof Coating, Electrical & Lighting, and Delivery.
• The vendor should provide a unit price for each item, including tax, delivery, and handling.
• The vendor should ensure that all services performed will be in accordance with Hawaii Revised Statutes, (HRS) § 103-55.
• The vendor should certify that the offer was independently arrived at without collusion and that the vendor did not participate in any practices to restrict competition.
• The vendor should provide a completed offer form, including the exact legal name of the corporation, federal I.D. number, and Hawaii General Excise Tax License I.D. number.
