Budget estimate

$150,000 – $300,000

Based on typical costs for full demolition or relocation of a three‑story beachfront home—including labor, equipment, permits, asbestos survey, environmental compliance, debris disposal, and site restoration—the contract value is likely to fall between $150,000 and $300,000. Lower‑end estimates assume demolition only, while the higher end reflects relocation, extensive permitting, and salvage value considerations.
