Request for Information - City Hall Restroom Renovations

The City of Norcross is seeking information from qualified contractors, architects, and design-build firms regarding the planned renovation of public restrooms located in City Hall. The goal of the renovation is to improve accessibility and ADA compliance, modernize fixtures and finishes, enhance energy and water efficiency, increase durability and ease of maintenance, and maximize functionality within the existing footprint. Interested firms should provide recommendations for design, materials, and construction considerations, as well as estimated project duration and feasibility of completion of restrooms in phases by floor. • The scope of the renovation project includes four restrooms (two men, two women) • The restrooms are utilized daily by the general public as well as City elected officials and staff • The City is seeking input on design, materials, and construction considerations • The City is seeking recommendations for tile flooring materials, wall finishing, floating vanities, plumbing fixtures, stall partitions, urinal screens, and mirrors • The City is seeking information on estimated project duration and feasibility of completion of restrooms in phases by floor
