Supply and Delivery of Jockey Pump

The City of Vancouver is seeking quotations for the supply and delivery of a single Flygt NP‑3301 jockey pump, to be used as a strategic spare for its neighbourhood energy utility. The contract will be for a fixed‑price purchase with an optional one‑day on‑site startup and commissioning service, and includes a minimum one‑year warranty (or 18 months from shipment). The pump must be delivered within 12‑14 weeks of purchase order issuance and received during normal business hours. The supplier must provide all required insurance documentation, a WorkSafeBC registration letter, and sign the City’s standard Form of Agreement. • Supply one Flygt NP‑3301 sub‑mersible wastewater pump (including freight). • Provide one (1) day of on‑site startup and commissioning support (including MAS‑711 monitoring system configuration) on request. • Deliver to Neighbourhood Energy Utility, 1890 Spyglass Place, Vancouver, BC, V5Z 4K7, within 12‑14 weeks; warranty minimum 1 year from installation. • Submit a full lump‑sum price (excluding GST/PST) together with required insurance, WorkSafeBC, and compliance documents via the JAGGAER Supplier Portal by 21 Sept 2026.
