This solicitation concerns a lump‑sum civil‑engineering construction contract to remediate three landslide‑prone county road corridors in Clermont County, Ohio (Beechwood Rd C‑8, Neville‑Penn Schoolhouse Rd C‑91, and Twelve‑Mile Rd C‑126). The work includes extensive earthwork, drilled‑shaft retaining walls, pavement removal and reconstruction, guard‑rail installation, traffic‑maintenance, utility coordination, and site restoration, all performed under Ohio prevailing‑wage and domestic‑steel requirements.
