Description
The Naval Facilities Engineering Command (NAVFAC) is seeking a contractor to provide maintenance and services for refinishing gymnasium floors at Marine Corps Base, Camp Lejeune, NC. The work includes applying coats of finish, cleaning, buffing, dust mopping, and repairing areas as needed, as well as touching up and repainting court lines, lettering, and protecting the integrity of surfaces, finishes, and floor coverings. The contract is anticipated to be a combined Firm Fixed Price and Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (FFP/IDIQ) contract with a base period of 12 months and four one-year option periods. The total term of the contract, if all options are exercised, will be 60 months.
