Barbershop - DLA HQ MWR

The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) is seeking a concessionaire agreement to operate a full-service, unisex barbershop at the DLA Headquarters Complex located in Fort Belvoir, Virginia. The selected contractor will be responsible for providing all equipment, labor, materials, and supervision to operate the barbershop. The anticipated scope of work includes haircuts, military haircuts, shampooing and conditioning, beard and mustache trimming, and other related hair care services. The key aspects of this opportunity include: • The barbershop will be operated in exchange for a monthly flat-fee or commission based on gross sales paid to the Nonappropriated Fund Instrumentality (NAFI). • The contractor will be responsible for providing all equipment, labor, materials, and supervision to operate the barbershop. • The anticipated scope of work includes a range of hair care services. • The solicitation is expected to be issued on or about March 17, 2026.
