The City of Lincoln is seeking a qualified consulting firm to provide full design services for a new ramp‑metering system, associated street lighting, signage, and roadway restriping on the southbound SR‑65 on‑ramp at Ferrari Ranch Road. The contract includes project management, preliminary investigations, utility coordination, 65 %, 90 % and 100 % design deliverables, Caltrans permitting support, bid assistance, construction‑phase submittal review, and as‑built documentation. The effort spans roughly 18 months, beginning in March 2026 and concluding by September 2027. • Design of traffic control devices, ramp‑metering hardware, lighting, signage, and pavement improvements. • Coordination with multiple utility owners and Caltrans for right‑of‑way and encroachment permits. • Production of detailed engineering drawings, specifications, cost estimates, and final as‑built records.
