EL CAMINO REAL HISTORIC SITE DEMOLITION

The New Mexico Department of Cultural Affairs is seeking a qualified contractor to perform the complete demolition of all structures at the historic El Camino Real site, followed by site restoration and the proper disposal of all solid, liquid, and hazardous waste generated by the demolition. The contract is awarded through a sealed‑bid process with a one‑hour submission window. • Full demolition of existing buildings and infrastructure at the El Camino Real historic site. • Restoration and reclamation of the land to a condition suitable for future use or preservation. • Management, handling, and disposal of both ordinary and hazardous demolition waste in compliance with NM hazardous‑waste regulations.
