CEI Services for Miami Lakes Park West Bicycle and Pedestrian Improvements Project

The Town of Miami Lakes is seeking to procure the services of a qualified and experienced firm to provide construction engineering and inspection services for the Miami Lakes Park West Bicycle and Pedestrian Improvements Project. The project consists of narrowing existing travel lanes, providing bike lanes, enhancing existing crosswalks, and updating safety-related signing and pavement marking. The selected firm will be required to perform tasks such as pre-construction inspection, progress meetings, stakeholder meetings, pay app review, and inspections. The firm must have a minimum of five years' experience in performing similar work and must possess a State of Florida licensed engineering firm or a licensed engineering firm in any other state with a Certificate of Authorization to offer engineering services in the State of Florida. • The project is located along Montrose and Balgowan Road from Miami Lakes Drive to Ardoch Road, approximately 0.7 miles. • The selected firm will be required to coordinate with FDOT for LAP requirement compliance. • The firm must have a Resident Compliance Specialist (RCS) as part of their team. • The firm must submit one original and four copies of their proposal with original signatures, along with a copy of the proposal on a flash drive. • The proposal must be received by the Town of Miami Lakes no later than 11:00 AM EST, April 15, 2026.
