The Housing Authority of the Cherokee Nation is seeking bids from qualified contractors for the demolition and turnkey construction of a 2 bedroom/ 1 bathroom replacement home located in Washington County, Oklahoma. The home has tested positive for ACM, and the contractor must adhere to the areas noted in the report attached. The contractor must provide all necessary labor, quality control, licenses, material, equipment, tools, supplies, permits, insurance, and supervision to complete the project within 120 work days. The project includes demolition and disposal of the existing home, construction of a new 2 bedroom/ 1 bathroom home, and installation of a septic system.
