NUISANCE ABATEMENT - DEMOLITION OF STRUCTURES - 1213 TEXAS STREET, MOBILE, AL 36604

The City of Mobile is seeking a contractor to perform wet demolition of two wood‑sided residential dwellings located at 1213 Texas Street, including removal of footings, slabs, and all associated debris. The work also requires utility disconnection, sediment and erosion control, and compliance with lead‑based paint and asbestos handling protocols, with documentation of before and after conditions. • Wet demolition of two wood‑siding structures and complete removal of foundations, slabs, and debris. • Disconnect, cap, and certify utility lines (sanitary sewer, water, gas) per agency requirements. • Provide sediment/erosion control, grassing, and Best Management Practices for lead‑based paint or asbestos. • Submit before/after photos, waste shipment records, invoice, and close‑out documents to Municipal Enforcement. • All work must be performed under a sealed‑bid process with submission by June 17, 2026.
