Description
The Georgia Department of Transportation is seeking a pre-qualified firm to provide demolition and removal services for right of way property management. The work consists of demolishing and removing structures, improvements, and other encumbrances in the right of way or easement areas. The contractor must be pre-qualified in the Right of Way Property Management service class and must provide a bid price that includes all labor, equipment, materials, and incidentals required for completion of the project. The contract term is expected to be 30 days, and the contractor must commence work as soon as possible following issuance of the Notice to Proceed.
