HAC N is seeking a qualified contractor to provide weekly lawn‑care services—including mowing, edging, blowing, trimming and basic clean‑up—for three residential‑complex sites in Hulbert, Oklahoma (two original sites plus a newly added 3.7‑acre “Shade Addition” area). The work must be performed on the same day each week from May 1 2026 through October 31 2026, with a start‑up window of three days after a Notice to Proceed. The contractor must self‑perform the work, carry the specified insurance, comply with HUD wage rate OK20260005, adhere to Tribal Employment Rights Office (TERO) certification requirements, and submit a weekly cost proposal.
• Weekly service for two original parcels (≈7.7 acres and ≈12.1 acres) plus the added 3.7‑acre Area 3.
• Required insurance: Workers’ Comp, General Liability, Auto, with HACN as certificate holder.
