Description
The National Park Service (Region 11, Alaska) is seeking a vendor to supply two complete cedar cabin kits (approximately 376 sq ft each) for Glacier Bay National Park. The kits must include all pre‑cut structural components, roofing, doors, windows, interior trim, flooring, and a covered porch, with detailed fabrication instructions. The NPS will handle foundation, ramp, and on‑site construction; the vendor provides all building materials and hardware. All items must be shipped FOB to Gustavus, AK and delivered no later than 28 Feb 2027. Submittals for structural and shop drawings are required for NPS approval before shipment. A one‑year warranty on the building and hardware is required.
