The City of Madison is seeking a qualified contractor to remove and replace the existing gutter, downspout, soffit, and fascia system at 1633 Wright Street, and to install new gutter guards and relocate designated downspouts for improved roof drainage. The contractor must provide all labor, materials, equipment, permits, disposal, and related services, and must field‑verify measurements and conditions prior to bidding.
