Fire Station 23 - Restroom Renovations

The Palm Beach County is seeking a qualified contractor to perform restroom renovations at Fire Station 23. The project includes reconfiguring existing restrooms, providing a new mechanical design for the existing bunk room, and installing a new BMS system to control the HVAC system. A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on December 10, 2025, to review the project requirements.
