Price Agreement - Manhole Pre-Cast Sections

The City of St. Joseph, Missouri is seeking proposals for a price agreement for Manhole Pre-Cast Sections. The city is looking for a supplier to provide various sizes of manhole cone sections, barrel sections, and base sections. The supplier will be required to submit prices for each item, and the city reserves the right to reject any or all bids. The project includes a variety of manhole sections, including 3' manhole cone sections, 12" manhole barrel sections, 16" manhole barrel sections, 24" manhole barrel sections, 36" manhole barrel sections, 48" manhole barrel sections, 24" manhole base sections, 32" manhole base sections, and 36" manhole base sections. • The city requires the supplier to submit a completed W-9 form. • The supplier must agree to the terms and conditions of the invitation to bid. • The supplier must certify that they are not suspended or debarred from participating in federal contracts. • The city has a nondiscriminatory policy, and the supplier must agree to comply with it.
