Public Health Building Restrooms - ADA Improvements (71925)

The City of Pasadena is seeking bids for the renovation and improvements of four public restrooms at the Public Health Building to comply with the American with Disabilities Act (ADA) regulations. The project will be completed in two phases, one floor at a time. The contractor will be responsible for ensuring that all work meets the requirements of the California Building Code (CBC) 11B Code Section. The project includes, but is not limited to, renovation and improvements to the restrooms, including compliance with ADA regulations. The contractor must have experience with similar projects and must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including the California Labor Code and the Pasadena Municipal Code.
