2026 Pavement Management Program Update

The City of Chico is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to update the City’s Pavement Management Program (PMP). The selected consultant will be responsible for conducting a comprehensive condition assessment of the City’s roadway network, updating pavement condition indices, refining maintenance and rehabilitation strategies, and providing scenario analyses to support long-range planning and budget development.
