This opportunity seeks qualified engineering firms to provide construction supervision and inspection services for bridge repairs and resurfacing on the New Jersey Turnpike between Milepost 92 and 122, including work on the Newark‑Bay–Hudson County Extension. The work includes on‑site supervision, QA/QC, traffic‑control coordination, testing‑lab management, and delivery of as‑built documentation. The contract will be awarded on a cost‑plus basis with a multiplier cap of 2.35 and requires compliance with SBE/DVOB participation goals, multiple certifications, and a detailed staffing plan.
• Scope: Supervision of bridge‑deck reconstruction, bearing replacement, structural‑steel repair, drainage, roadway resurfacing, and related testing.
• Staffing: Minimum licensed PE Project Manager, full‑time Resident Engineer (or NICET IV technician), multiple NICET‑III inspectors, and supporting CAD/scheduling staff as per the provided staffing estimate.
• Requirements: Pre‑qualification under profile codes B156/B157, submission of extensive eligibility forms (affidavits, SBE/DVOB forms, source‑disclosure, etc.), and adherence to New Jersey tax set‑off and ethical statutes.
