Industrial Mechanical Services

Steuben County is seeking bids for industrial mechanical services. The contract term will be from the date of award through April 30, 2027, with the opportunity for four 1-year extensions. Bidders must provide documentation and prior work references to assure the county of their ability to provide the services. The county reserves the right to cancel the contract at any time without penalty. • The bidder must have sufficient inventory, equipment, and staff to fulfill its responsibility. • The bidder must comply with all applicable laws and regulations. • The bidder must provide proof of workers' compensation insurance coverage. • The bidder must provide a certificate of insurance with the county named as an additional insured. • The bidder must provide a signed and dated non-collusive bidding certificate. • The bidder must provide a signed and dated hold harmless clause form.
