The U.S. Mission to Norway is seeking proposals for the 2025 Alumni Engagement Innovation Fund (AEIF). The AEIF is a unique opportunity for alumni of U.S. government-sponsored and facilitated exchange programs to expand on skills and knowledge gained during their exchange experience, connect with fellow alumni, and elevate their role as community leaders. Proposals should address one of the following goals: convening ExchangeAlumni to build or expand an alumni network, strengthening the relationship between ExchangeAlumni and the U.S. government, or supporting ExchangeAlumni as they develop their leadership capacity and implement projects in their communities.
Some key points to consider:
• The proposal should include a project summary, project goal, project objectives, project design and methods, project timeline, beneficiaries, local project partners, and a communication and outreach plan.
• The proposal should also include a monitoring and evaluation plan, which should lay out how the project will be monitored and evaluated, and how data will be collected.
• The project should be implemented in Norway, and should promote the relationship between the U.S. and Norway.
• The project should be led by a team of at least two ExchangeAlumni, with at least one team member being Norwegian or resident in Norway.
