Description
The State of Michigan is seeking a contractor to perform siding and window replacement work at the Kalkaska Field Office. The project involves installing new metal siding, soffit, and fascia on a 6,000 square foot building, as well as installing 16 new windows and 5 new exterior doors. The contractor must complete the work by October 31st, 2026.
• The project requires the contractor to furnish all labor, materials, and equipment necessary for the completion of the work.
• The contractor must also ensure that all subcontractors have a current State Project Registration in compliance with PA10 of 2023, as amended in PA110 of 2024.
• The contractor will be required to provide a performance bond and a payment bond.
• The contractor will also be required to provide prevailing wage rates for all workers employed on the project.
• The project will be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder.
