Notice of Settlement

The State of Colorado, Office of the State Architect, State Buildings Program is providing notice of settlement for the Campuswide Safety and Security Updates project at Morgan Community College. The notice is for any person or entity that has an unpaid claim against the project for labor, materials, or other supplies. Claims must be filed with the Authority for College, Institution, Department or Agency prior to the final settlement date of May 22nd, 2026. • The project involves construction work for Campuswide Safety and Security Updates. • The project is located at 920 Barlow Road, Fort Morgan, Colorado. • The contractor for the project is Denver Fire Alarm. • Claims must be filed with the Authority for College, Institution, Department or Agency. • Failure to file a claim prior to the final settlement date will relieve the State of Colorado from liability for the claim.
