Description
The Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) is seeking competitive bids to establish contract(s) for Hewlett Packard Self-Storage Disk Drives. The required goods to be provided are HP Self-Storage Drives (SSDs) for HHSC Claims Engines. The contractor will be responsible for delivering the goods to the specified location, and the delivery guidelines include observing all posted speed limits, stop signs, and other traffic controls. The contractor must also ensure that the products are labeled correctly and that the vendor contacts the point of contact specified on the issued PO to set up a delivery appointment. Some key points to consider:
• The contract will be for a period of time, with the possibility of renewal or extension
• The contractor must provide all labor, tools, transportation, equipment, materials, and supplies necessary to perform the services
• The contractor must have an active telephone service answered during normal business hours
• The contractor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to ethics and standards of conduct
• The contractor must submit a completed and signed Certificate of Interested Parties prior to contract award
