Description
The Gwinnett County Board of Commissioners is soliciting competitive sealed bids from qualified contractors for the Gwinnett County East Side Precinct Parking Lot Improvements Project. The project includes the addition of a new 4,800 sq. ft. gravel parking lot with new site lighting and motorized gate, demolition and construction of a dumpster enclosure, miscellaneous asphalt repair/patching, and resealing and restriping of the existing parking lot. Bidders are strongly urged to attend a pre-bid conference scheduled for February 18, 2026.
• The project requires a 5% bid bond and a 100% payment and performance bond.
• The successful contractor must provide an insurance certificate fulfilling the requirements stated in the bid documents.
• Gwinnett County reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to make an award deemed in its best interest.
• The bid opening will be virtual only, and bids will be publicly opened and read at 3:00 P.M. on March 10, 2026.
