Advanced Bore Coating (ABC) – Smooth Bore at the Watervliet Arsenal, Watervliet NY.

The U.S. Army Contracting Command - Warren (ACC-WVA) is seeking a contractor to provide Advanced Bore Coating (ABC) applications for one gun barrel at the Watervliet Arsenal, NY. The contract will be a firm fixed price contract, and the contractor will be required to provide pricing for coating, entrance criteria and document preparation, and maintenance. The contractor will also be required to provide a plan for tube coating with Virgin Helium and credit due back to the Government if coated with recycled Helium.
