The DLA Maritime - Pearl Harbor is seeking a contractor to provide KIT MOLDING. The solicitation has a brand name requirement, and no alternative material will be accepted. The contractor must provide the price of the material, name of the manufacturer, country of origin, business size, delivery date/lead time, and other required information. The evaluation criteria is Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA). The contractor must also complete the attached provisions and include them with their offer. • The contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database to be considered for award. • The contractor must provide the country of origin for each line item. • The contractor must comply with all applicable clauses and provisions, including those related to cybersecurity, export control, and prohibited activities. • The contractor must submit their quote via email to the primary contact, Angela Morrelli.
