Description
The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Land-Warren is seeking a contractor to provide a Cable Assembly, Special Purpose, with a quantity of 8 each and a 100% option. The contractor must provide the assembly in accordance with the technical data package (TDP) and meet the requirements specified in the solicitation. The TDP is available on the SAM.gov website, and contractors must register and obtain access to the TDP before submitting a quotation. The contractor is responsible for producing the shop or process drawings needed to cover intermediate steps in the manufacturing process and for obtaining all specifications and drawings necessary to manufacture the items.
• The contractor must provide a firm fixed price quotation.
• The contractor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to ozone-depleting substances.
• The contractor must retain supply chain traceability documentation for 10 years after final payment.
• The contractor must provide written documentation of all inspections and tests necessary to substantiate that the supplies furnished under this contract conform to contract requirements.
