Description
The County of Los Angeles, Internal Services Department is seeking bids for the renewal of Nintex Enterprise Edition Subscription. The subscription includes up to 100 workflows and is for the period of 5/31/26 - 11/30/26. The bid is for the electronic delivery of the software, and the line is not taxable.
The key requirements for the bid include:
- The bidder must be an authorized distributor/reseller/service provider for the products and services offered.
- The bidder must provide a letter of certification from the manufacturer confirming that the bidder is authorized to offer the products and/or perform the services.
- The bidder must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, rules, regulations, ordinances, and directives.
- The bidder must provide and maintain the required insurance coverage, including general liability, automobile liability, and workers' compensation.
