Description
The Manchester Community Schools is seeking bids for the renovation of Riverside Intermediate School. The project involves various trades, including polished concrete, masonry, structural steel, general trades, glass/glazing/aluminum storefronts, walls and ceilings, flooring, painting, playground equipment, plumbing/mechanical, electrical, earthwork/soil erosion/site concrete/site clearing/storm drainage/seeding/temp fencing, asphalt paving, and fencing.
• The bid documents, plans, and specifications will be available for electronic download through Moore Trosper Construction Company's Procore site.
• A pre-bid conference will be held on November 11, 2025, at 3:30 pm at the Riverside Intermediate Cafeteria/Auditorium.
• Bidders are required to be pre-qualified prior to the award of the contract.
• A bid bond, performance bond, and labor and material payment bond are required.
• Prevailing wages and certified payroll are required.
