Description
The University of Houston is seeking a contractor to provide all labor, equipment, materials, and supplies necessary for the interior renovation of a 2,200 square foot recital hall. The renovation will include selective demolition, new partitions, seating, finishes, and associated electrical/AV work to convert the space into an instructional assembly area. A mandatory pre-proposal conference and site visit is scheduled for April 29, 2026. The contractor will be required to work in an occupied campus environment and follow the drawings and specifications prepared by HOK.
