Description
The US Government Publishing Office is seeking a vendor to produce 96 coil-bound books with a specific trim size, page count, and quality level. The books must be printed in four-color process, with covers 1 printed and covers 2, 3, and 4 blank. The text must be printed double-sided, head-to-head, with no bleeds. The vendor must also perform a basic check of the furnished media and publishing files to ensure correct output.
• The books must be delivered to the specified address in Texas by 12/05/2025.
• The vendor must provide a W-9 form before payment.
• The vendor must notify the ordering agency on the same day that the product ships/delivers via email.
• The vendor must provide copies of all delivery, mailing, and shipping receipts upon agency request.
• The quality level of the books must meet the GPO PUB 310.1 standards.
• The vendor must use a digital device with a RIP that provides an option for high-quality color matching.
