Qiagen OEM Systems, Supplies (NO SUB)

The State of Minnesota is seeking proposals to provide Qiagen OEM systems, supplies, and related services for State Agencies and Cooperative Purchasing Venture (CPV) members. The contract is expected to be for one year, with the option to extend up to an additional four years. The estimated total dollar value of the contract for one year is approximately $200,000 to $300,000. Responders must provide a written response, including a price schedule, and must submit their response through the SWIFT Supplier Portal. • The contract will include catalog discounts, service plans, and firm fixed pricing for preventative maintenance and service agreements. • Responders must provide at least one week's advance notice prior to delivery and coordinate a date/time within the State's standard delivery hours. • Responders must review Exhibit C: Specifications, Duties, and Scope of Work in the Sample Contract for detailed requirements. • The State reserves the right to reject any and all responses, waive or modify any informalities, and negotiate with the highest scoring responder.
