Description
The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) is seeking a quotation for the provision of a flange, specifically a 1-1/2" IPS slip-on flange made of carbon steel, with a hot-rolled finish, and meeting the requirements of MIL-S-22698, GR B, 150 PSI. The quote should include the price, FOB point, Cage Code, point of contact, name, and phone number. The evaluation criteria will be based on the lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA). The contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database to be considered for award. Some key points to note are:
* The contractor must provide a completed copy of 52.212-3 and its ALT I if not updated in SAM.
* The contractor must list the country of origin for each line item.
* The contractor must indicate whether the item contains hazardous materials.
* The Government intends to make an award without discussions.
