Invitation for Bids

The Grand Rapids Public Schools is seeking bids for the interior and exterior remodel of the existing Ken-OSha elementary school. The project includes selective demolition, new MEP, new structural and all new interior finishes, as well as paving, landscaping, and utilities. The successful bidder will be required to provide a Bid Bond, Iran Economic Sanction, School Safety Affidavit, and familial disclosure. • The project involves multiple trades, including selective demolition, masonry, rough and finish carpentry, and electrical work. • The bid documents, drawings, and specifications are available on the Clark Construction Company website and at various locations in Michigan. • Bidders must provide a sworn and notarized statement disclosing any familial relationship with the School District or its employees. • The Board of Education reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids, either in whole or in part.
