Description
The Housing Authority of the Cherokee Nation is seeking bids for the rehabilitation of one home located in Ottawa County. The work includes carpentry, masonry and plaster, sheetmetal and gutters, and must be completed within 5 working days. The successful bidder will be required to comply with Tribal rules and regulations, and TERO certification is preferred. The project is subject to the Buy American provisions and requires insurance coverage, including worker's compensation and general liability.
• The bidder must provide proof of TERO certification to receive preference.
• The bidder must complete the Mandatory Bid Response sheet and the Work Write-Up.
• The bidder must comply with the Davis-Bacon Wage Rate.
• The bidder must provide insurance certificates and other required documentation within three days of notification of award.
