The U.S. Army is seeking a contractor to provide technical services supporting the Training and Readiness Accelerator II (TReX II) program for the Future Training Directorate (FTD). The effort involves collecting, analyzing, and archiving data to support programmatic and business initiatives, developing and maintaining study databases or websites, and providing integrated analysis, evaluation, and assessment of organizational structures, missions, and architectures. The contractor will support modeling, simulation, and experimental validation activities across doctrine, organization, training, materiel, leadership, education, personnel, facilities, and policy (DOTMLPF‑P). • Data collection, analysis, and archival for programmatic and business‑initiative requirements. • Development/maintenance of study databases, websites, and scenario laydowns for analytic tools. • Integrated analysis and assessment of organizational structures, missions, and architectures to support prototyping, modeling, simulation, and DOTMLPF‑P initiatives.
