Request for Proposal - ABA Companies

Paragould School District is seeking a qualified Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) service provider to support K‑12 students with diverse learning needs for the upcoming school year. The contract will require the vendor to design individualized ABA programs, conduct assessments, deliver direct therapy, train school personnel, and maintain thorough documentation and reporting. • Design and implement individualized ABA programs for each student. • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs). • Provide on‑site and/or virtual ABA therapy, with ongoing data collection and progress monitoring. • Offer training and consultation to teachers, staff, and families on behavior‑management strategies. • Supply required documentation (liability insurance, certifications, background‑check policies) and a detailed fee schedule.
