Description
The State of Hawaii Department of Health, Hawaii State Hospital, is soliciting offers for the purchase of a single scissor lift to be used in the Hale Ho'ola Building on the hospital grounds. The contractor must provide the equipment, include all taxes, shipping, handling, and any other applicable fees, and deliver it to 45-710 Keaahala Road, Kaneohe, HI. The solicitation requires compliance with Hawaii state procurement regulations, registration in the Hawaii Compliance Express (HCE) system, and submission of all required certifications and documentation. Offers are to be submitted electronically via the HIePRO system by the stated deadline, and a transaction fee of 0.75% (capped at $5,000) will be assessed on the award amount.
• One (1) scissor lift required – “EACH” unit
• Delivery to Hawaii State Hospital, Oahu (Kaneohe)
• All taxes, shipping, handling, and fees must be included in the price
• Vendors must be registered in HCE or provide paper compliance documents (COGS, tax, workers’ comp, etc.)
• Offer due 09/18/2026 by 2:00 PM (electronic submission only)
• Transaction fee of 0.75% (max $5,000) payable to Tyler Hawaii after award
