Description
The Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Crane has a requirement for a High Voltage DB25 Cable Assembly, part number 0S-03939-00092, with a quantity of 26. The proposed contract action is for the supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with one source, Pickering Interfaces, INC, under the authority of FAR 13.106-1. This is being sole sourced because the vendor is the only one able to customize the built-to-order specialty cables.
• The contractor must be properly registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) and have a current Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) status at the required level.
• The contractor must process, store, or transmit Federal contract information (FCI) or controlled unclassified information (CUI) only on contractor information systems that have a CMMC status at the CMMC level required.
• The contractor must complete on an annual basis, and maintain as current, an affirmation of continuous compliance with the requirements associated with the CMMC level required.
