Description
The Texas Parks and Wildlife Department is seeking to purchase two 250 Horsepower Suzuki Outboard Motors, including required accessories, for the Law Enforcement Division. The motors are funded by a Federal Grant and must meet specific specifications. The contract will be awarded to the respondent whose quote is considered the best value to TPWD, taking into account factors such as price, ability, qualifications, and experience.
• The motors must be new and unused, with a warranty from the manufacturer.
• The vendor must provide descriptive literature and product specification sheets with their response.
• The contract will commence upon the issuance of a contract by TPWD and automatically expire upon the delivery date agreed upon and final acceptance by TPWD.
