Description
Rockdale County is seeking a qualified provider to deliver comprehensive behavioral health services to participants in its court‑based programs (DUI Court, Drug Court, Resource Court, and Family Accountability Court). The contractor will furnish substance‑abuse treatment, mental‑health counseling, case management, clinical assessments, and related group/individual services for a minimum of 18 months per participant, following Georgia Judicial Council standards. The contract is for an initial one‑year term with two optional one‑year renewals. Proposals are evaluated on experience, staff qualifications, practice models, and price (each weighted).
