The U.S. Government Publishing Office (GPO) seeks a vendor to produce 15,000 UIC Lead Cards for the Wisconsin Army National Guard. The cards are 6 × 4 in, printed one‑sided in full‑color (CMYK) with a Pantone 123C yellow, on 80‑lb white cover stock, and must meet GPO Quality Level III specifications. Production can be done by conventional offset or digital printing (single method) and must include 125 “Departmental Random – Blue Label” copies with required GPO forms. Finished cards are shrink‑wrapped in packs of 100, packaged in labeled cartons, and shipped to Madison, WI by 14 August 2026. The contractor must submit an electronic press‑quality PDF proof, await an “OK‑to‑Print” email, and provide a warranty of one year from final payment.
