Description
This State‑owned project upgrades two parking‑garage lots in Los Angeles and Van Nuys. Lot 52 receives complete restriping, new LED lighting fixtures, upgraded controllers, and integration with the building‑management system. Lot 32 focuses on roof‑drainage repairs, surface‑coating of concrete, and full restriping of the garage floor. The contract is a lump‑sum, public‑work construction award requiring a Class A or B CSLB license, 100 % performance and payment bonds, and compliance with prevailing‑wage, safety, and DVBE participation rules.
• Remove existing paint‑striping on all garage levels and install new high‑visibility pavement markings.
• Replace legacy lighting fixtures with LED units, install new sensors/controllers, and tie‑in to the existing BMS.
• Repair roof drainage, apply a polyurethane traffic‑coating system, and perform concrete patching and joint sealing.
• Mandatory pre‑bid site inspection on 1 April 2026; sealed‑bid submission due 15 April 2026; contract term 180 calendar days.
