Description
The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) is seeking a supplier to provide pressure sensitive tape, specifically 2" wide x 60 yards long, with a temperature range of -65 to 450 degrees Fahrenheit, and resistant to glass, cotton, cold, heat, and solvents. The tape must be manufactured by 3M, with part number 361, and have a minimum shelf life of 85%. The contractor must provide documentation to demonstrate compliance with the technical requirements. Deliveries are scheduled for 14 Aug 2026, 04 Sep 2026, and 11 Sep 2026. The contract will be awarded to the responsible offeror whose offer conforms to the solicitation and is most advantageous to the Government, with price and other factors considered.
• The contractor must provide a completed solicitation packet, including box 17A, read box 28, and sign page 1 boxes 30a, b, and c.
• The contractor must provide their CAGE code and quote FOB Destination Bremerton, WA.
• The contractor must annotate the lead time, name of the manufacturer, and country of manufacturing.
• The contractor must comply with the Wide Area WorkFlow (WAWF) payment instructions and submit invoices electronically.
• The contractor must comply with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) clauses and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) clauses incorporated by reference.
