Description
The Snohomish County PUD is seeking a contractor to provide transmission and distribution line clearance services. The contractor will be responsible for pruning, cutting, treating, removing, clearing, and disposing of trees and brush along the utility's transmission and distribution lines. The work will be performed in Snohomish and Island counties, Washington, and will cover approximately 5 pole miles. The contractor must be prequalified for Category D-1 – Right-of-Way Clearing and Maintenance (Tree and Brush Work) and must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to safety, environmental protection, and labor. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder.
• The contractor must provide all labor, materials, tools, and equipment necessary to perform the work.

• The contractor must provide a full-time qualified supervisor at the job site at all times when work is being performed.
• The contractor must ensure that all gates are properly closed or locked to prevent escape of livestock or unauthorized access to property.
