Snow Removal and Sanding Services, Profile Falls Recreation Area at Franklin Falls Dam, Bristol, NH

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is seeking a contractor to provide snow removal and sanding services at the Profile Falls Recreation Area in Bristol, New Hampshire. The contractor will be responsible for providing all equipment, materials, labor, and transportation necessary to perform snow plowing and sanding services. The contract will have a base year and two option years. The contractor must have an active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) and must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. • The contractor must provide all equipment, materials, labor, and transportation necessary to perform snow plowing and sanding services. • The contractor must have an active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM). • The contractor must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. • The contractor must provide a site-specific Accident Prevention Plan and an Activity Hazard Analysis. • The contractor must have a minimum of one person to function as a Level 3 Site Safety and Health Officer (SSHO). • The contractor must provide all necessary certifications and licenses. • The contractor must have a quality control system in place to ensure compliance with the contract requirements.
