Description
The County of Los Angeles, Internal Services Department, is seeking bids for the renewal of nLyte software maintenance and support. The contract is for a period of 12 months, starting from June 29, 2026, and ending on June 28, 2027. The scope of work includes support and maintenance for nLyte Enterprise, nLyte Energy Optimizer, nLyte Mobile Audit, and other related services. Bidders must submit their bids online through the County's Vendor Self Service portal.
• The bid must include all required documentation and attachments, including a complete bid, Appendix A – Purchasing Required Forms, and any additional attachments provided with the solicitation.
• The bidder must be an authorized distributor/reseller/service provider for all products and services offered.
• The County reserves the right to waive any formality in the bidding or evaluation process and to reject any or all bids.
• The contract will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California.
